Welcome to Energia AI Suite!

If you’re new here, getting started is quick and easy. Follow the steps below to create your account:

Steps:

  1. Go to the Energia AI Suite homepage

  2. Click on the “Login” button

    • Locate the Login button on the top-right corner of the homepage and click it.

  1. On the Login page, if you don’t have an account yet:
    • Look for the “Create Now” link below the login form.
    • Click the link to access the sign-up form.
    • Follow the steps below to complete your registration.

  1. Fill in your details

    • Signing up as an Individual?
      Please provide the following information:
      • Name
      • Designation
      • Email Address
      • Phone Number
      • Country/City
      • Set a Secure Password

  • Signing up as a Company?
    In addition to the individual details, please provide the following company information:
    • Company Name
    • Company Website
    • Company Phone
    • Company Email
    • Company Address

  • Signing up as an Institute/Academia?
    In addition to the individual details, please provide the following Academia information:
    • Role
    • Institute Name
    • Institute Website
    • Institute Phone
    • Institute Email
    • Institute Address

  1. Verify your email

    • Check your inbox for a verification email.
    • Click on the verification link to confirm your account.

  2. Login and start exploring

    • Once verified, return to the login page and log in with your credentials.

The Login Page of Energia AI Suite provides a secure and straightforward way to access your account. Follow the steps below to log in or access additional options if you’re new:

Steps:

  1. Enter Your Credentials:
    • Provide your Email Address and Password in the respective fields.

  1. Forgot Password?

    • If you’ve forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot Password” link.
    • Follow the steps to reset your password via your registered email.

  2. New User?

    • If you don’t have an account, click on the “Create Now” link at the bottom of the login form.
    • Complete the sign-up process as outlined in the Sign-Up section to get started.

Account Types and their benefits:

When signing up for Energia AI Suite, you can choose between three account types: Individual, Company, or Academia/Institute. Each account type has distinct features and limitations. Below is a breakdown of the differences:

Individual

  • Purpose: Designed for personal use by individuals.
  • Collaboration: Individuals cannot collaborate with others within a project.
  • Conversion: Individuals can convert their account to a Company account by providing the required company details.
    • Note: The email domain used must belong to an organization (e.g., @company.com).
  • Irreversible: Once converted to a Company account, it cannot be reverted to an Individual account.

Company

  • Purpose: Designed for businesses and organizations.
  • Collaboration: Companies can have multiple collaborators for a single project.
  • Domain Requirement: The email domain must belong to the organization (e.g., @company.com).

Academia/Institute

  • Purpose: Designed for academic or research purposes, not for commercial use.
  • Verification: Requires providing details of the institute, which will be verified by the Energia AI Suite team.
  • Collaboration: Academia accounts may have collaboration features, depending on the institute’s requirements.
  • Domain Requirement: The email domain must belong to the academic institution (e.g., @university.edu).
